The road to present-day Joshua & Company began in 1989 with an employee benefits agency. From our position selling and servicing benefit plans, it didn't take long for us to see the need for better employee communications. Employers were spending tremendous amounts of time and money designing and implementing great benefit plans, but employees were amazingly ill-informed about how the plans worked and how much of their total compensation the plans comprised. It was clear that providing better coverage mattered little if employees didn't fully appreciate the benefits. What was missing was the understanding on the part of employees, that the company's investment in benefits and compensation makes a valuable difference in the quality of life they enjoy. In 1997, we sold our benefits agency and Joshua & Company was born as a dedicated employee benefits communication provider. With over 40 years of experience in the benefits industry, our team is fully qualified to understand the language of benefits as we help you convey your message to your workforce.
